This website is publicly available. Optional Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement runs on happytrailsrvservice.com and www.happytrailsrvservice.com after your consent. CONTACT US messages are delivered to our office through Make and Gmail. Request Service links currently open a separate booking website.

Information you provide for service

An inquiry may include your name, callback number, email if supplied, service location, RV information, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use that information to review your request, contact you, arrange service, and maintain relevant business records. Please do not include payment details or sensitive documents unless our team specifically requests them through an appropriate channel.

ServiceM8 and any separately connected form-delivery provider process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Those systems are separate from the optional Google measurement on this website. Sending a service request does not confirm an appointment.

Optional website measurement

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 can help us understand visits and actions such as clicking a call button or opening a service request. Google Ads measurement can help us understand whether an ad resulted in a successfully accepted inquiry. A call click is not an answered call; opening a form is not a completed inquiry.

Our measurement code uses known page names and limited event details. It does not deliberately include customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, VINs, service addresses, repair descriptions, or form contents in Analytics events. Unapproved query strings and URL fragments are excluded from the page addresses sent by our code. An accepted inquiry may be represented by a non-personal random reference to prevent duplicate conversion counting.

With permission, Google measurement may process browser and device information, cookie identifiers, ad-click identifiers, campaign information, and network information such as an IP address. Google may process data outside your country. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites using its services.

Your choices

Optional Google tags are blocked until you make an applicable consent choice. Analytics and advertising measurement can be selected separately. Rejecting optional measurement does not prevent calling us or requesting service.

Use Measurement choices to change your preferences. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to six months. Where our code detects a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising measurement is disabled. Advertising personalization and enhanced conversions using customer data remain off.

After an applicable consent choice, approved attribution information may be kept in browser session storage for up to 30 days or until that session storage is cleared. Non-personal conversion-attempt references may remain in local storage until you clear them, to avoid duplicate counting. Browser settings can clear locally stored data. Withdrawing measurement consent stops our future event collection; it does not remove information already received by Google.

Hosting and other websites

ChatGPT Sites may use its own essential hosting, security, and sign-in features. Our optional measurement controls do not manage those platform functions. Other websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices and controls; your choices here are not automatically transferred to an external booking site.
